ABOUT US

Meet the crew

Johnny B. Lamboy

Co-owner / Head Honcho

I’m Johnny, co-owner of Good Work & Company.

I’ve been working in remodeling and construction for over 20 years. My good work started in collision repair before discovering my passion for building, remodeling, and helping people improve their homes. I take pride in doing quality work, communicating clearly, listening carefully, and treating every home as if it were my own.

People often ask what the “B” stands for. The truth? I don’t actually have a middle name. Over the years, friends started calling me things like Johnny B. Good, Johnny B. Building, and Johnny B. Dancing, and the nickname stuck. Today, the “B.” has become a fun inside joke that’s woven into my brand.

The name Good Work & Company reflects what matters most to me: doing honest, quality work while building lasting relationships with my clients, friends, and community.

Recently, I moved to a farm, and that new chapter inspired my logo. The sunrise symbolizes new beginnings, the beautiful Bend skies, optimism, and always looking ahead. It’s a reminder to keep showing up, solving problems, and doing good work.

When I’m not on the job, you’ll usually find me listening to music, a dance floor, traveling to visit friends around the country, or spending time with the people I care about most. Relationships are incredibly important to me, and I feel grateful to be part of the Bend community.

I originally came to Bend on a spontaneous road trip for a live music event—and I never really left. Although my family is back on the East Coast, where I visit every year, I’m proud to say that Bend has become my home.

Eric Agnew

I have built my career through hands-on experience, hard work, and a passion for the construction industry. I began in hardscaping, where I developed a strong foundation in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and project execution. From there, I expanded into general contracting, gaining experience managing residential and commercial projects from start to finish.

As my expertise grew, I founded a consulting business focused on helping contractors and businesses improve operations, project management, and customer service. I later advanced into management roles, collaborating with major retailers such as Home Depot and other industry partners to support contractors, strengthen business relationships, and deliver quality results.

Today, I am excited to begin the next chapter of my career with Good Work & Company. I remain committed to professionalism, integrity, and delivering exceptional service while continuing to grow within the construction and contracting industry.

WHAT SETS US APART

The little things, done with intention.

Emotional Intelligence

We read the room. A renovation is stressful, so we listen first and make the whole thing feel easy.

Clear communication

You'll always know what's happening, what it costs, and when it'll be done. No guessing, no ghosting.

Attention to detail

Transitions, trim, and clean edges. The details other crews skip are exactly where we slow down.

Your home, our care

We treat your home like our own – tidy at the end of every day and finished the way we’d want ours.

Ready to start your project?

Free estimates, honest timelines, and work you’ll be glad you waited for. Most folks hear back the same day.
